ZZPLAY v1.00
----
(a MODplayer for Gravis UltraSound)
(C)1993 by Christian Kuendig
First a little disc-lamer:
--------------------------
You are NOT allowed to use this program without the written permission of
the author in any commercial production or whatever.
What is ZZPlay
--------------
ZZPlay plays standard MOD-files on your Gravis Ultrasound.
ZZPlay processes four, six and eight channel modules.
ZZPlay only works with 386 and higher processors.
How to use ZZPlay
------------------
ZZPlay <filename.ext> [-options]
these are the different options:
-Pxxx If you have problems with the autodetect for GUS, use
this option. For xxx, just enter the base port of your
GUS in hex.
-Vxx With this option, you can set the playbackvolume.
For xx enter a decimal value between 0-64.
-A If you have any old Amiga-MODs, use this option to play
them correctly!
-R This option will play wildcarded files in random order.
For <filename.ext>, you can enter wildcards. If you enter a file without
extension a .MOD is added. ZZPlay will play all MOD-Files matching the
wildcard. When a MOD is finished, the next will be loaded and played.
If you exit to the DOS-Shell, the current MOD will be repeated.
Please report any bugs in ZZPlay ! If you're missing the support of some
special effects, contact me with a (good) documentation and/or source!
I need your help, to improve ZZPlay in the future.

The .OBJ
--------
There's an object available, which you can use to include this MODplayer
into your own programs. The routines are 100% coded in assembler.
To get a registered version of this .OBJ, the registration fee is US$ 20 for
Europe or US$ 25 for the rest of the world.
(additional contributions are of course always welcome <g>)
- Best way to pay is a international mandate (just ask at your
local post office for more information) or send it with your
order (at your own risk).
- After having recieved your order and the money, I will
send you a disk with the .OBJ, the dox (on disk), and
the newest version of ZZPlay.
PS: there will be some example code on the disk.
